Lucy & Andy got married last June with us here at Glenfall House.
Wanting to celebrate two wonderful cultures they started the celebrations the evening before. Extending the hire of Glenfall House Lucy & Andy's closest friends and family joined them to decorate Glenfall before a wonderful evening sharing stories (including a fun power point) and celebrating Lucy's Indian heritage.
Staying the evening before Lucy awoke in Molyneux to get ready with the girls whilst Andy and the boys had our other bridal suite, Hathwell, all to themselves. Unfortunately a rainy day changed the original plans for a ceremony in the Alcove followed by inflatable foot-pool but the day was just as beautiful.
Lucy & Andy opted for a soft lilac colour theme. Bunting adorned The Glen and a delightful half and half cake included iced wisteria flowers one side with a fun superhero twist on the other side.
With all the space inside Glenfall guests had plenty of room to mix and mingle before enjoying a BBQ wedding breakfast in The Ballroom. Lucy & Andy managed to make the most of our gardens in between the summer showers for some beautiful bridal portraits before all the guests truly celebrated the day dancing the night away.
We have the pleasure of sharing the gorgeous wedding photographs with you from Adam Drake Photography and some family photographs from the night before can be found at the bottom of the page.
Thank you to Lucy's Father for sharing some images with us from the evening before - they are wonderful memories!
