WHAT ARE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
Some of my main responsibilities are making sure the Event Coordinators are happy with their tasks for the week ahead and any questions they have we go through together. I also communicate between our couples and the caterers to make sure any menu planning for their event is coming together to make their day even more special.
I’m always looking at the week ahead, at what events we have got coming up so that we have the right stock in at the right time. I also look a month ahead at events to make sure the right staff are in at the right times, we definitely wouldn’t want your wedding taking place when your coordinator has the day off!!
I need to keep an eye on the day to day bits as well, making sure the hours are clocked for the staff, all our spreadsheets are up to date and making sure the place is clean and tidy so if anyone walks through the door, Glenfall is at its best 😊 BUT most importantly….. the tea needs to be free flowing and the dogs need to be having lots of attention so that everyone is happy.
