WHAT ARE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
My main responsibilities as an events assistant are to support the coordinators with the day-to-day run of events.
I can be doing anything from cooking breakfast, to setting up the decorations, to serving the reception drinks. I will help to stock the bar for the upcoming events, ensure the rooms are ready for check ins & greet the suppliers on event days.
On non-event days its admin and assisting in the planning for corporates, parties and weddings.
